Wendy has been with the KGH team since 2019.
Wendy received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. She will be pursuing her master’s degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
She is currently pursuing her certification to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Previously, Wendy worked as a caretaker and in-home personal assistant for Illinois Department of Human Services.Wendy’s experience includes working with children and young adults with ASD across a variety of settings.
In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and her pit bull dog and friend; Leo. She loves to take walks with her 18-year-old autistic and extremely loving brother, making new friends, and traveling to foreign places.
Wendy is passionate about making an impact in the lives of families and individuals living with ASD and mental illnesses. This cause is very near and dear to her heart. Therefore, her life goal is to be a teacher, advocate, and mentor for those who need and desire to be heard.
