Courtney received her bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is currently pursuing her certification to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Previously, Courtney worked as a Prep Coordinator and a Personal Care Assistant in the Madison area. Courtney's experience includes working with adults and children with various abilities. She has taught a professional development course for adults with Down syndrome, is a math and literacy tutor, and leads a group for teens with Down syndrome that focuses on giving back to others. In her free time, Courtney enjoys cooking, all things outdoors, and traveling to visit her family. Courtney is passionate about helping others gain independence so they can do the activities that are most valuable to them.
