We are seeking a Senior Licensed Speech & Language Pathologist to join our amazing team! If you are looking to grow in your career, then this may be the right position for you!

The Senior Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing best practice services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and related disorders through assessment and intervention, and providing treatment and consultation services to develop and facilitate active, natural learning using evidence-based treatment methods. The Senior Speech Language Pathologist is also responsible for consulting with Consultants, Behavior Analysts and Senior Behavior Analysts in providing evidence-based speech related interventions.

This is a full time, benefits eligible position. We offer a comprehensive benefits package with a competitive pay structure! The clinic is open from 9am-8pm Mondays through Fridays.


Attend and participate in all required meetings including trainings, team meetings, clinical meetings, all staff meetings, etc.
Participate in on-going professional development through conferences, trainings, and seminars to maintain and develop core competencies.
Develop and deliver workshops to consumers, professionals, and staff.
Write blogs to support KGH website and newsletter.
Complete other duties as directed.

Program Development

  • Conduct trainings and presentations (on-site and off-site) to promote awareness and disseminate information
  • Provide written articles, research summaries, etc., to disseminate important information
  • Conduct professional development trainings for staff
  • Support and coordinate the operations for a KGH program development need
  • Promote high level of professional and ethical standards
  • Complete other job related duties and special assignments as directed


  • Conduct training workshops for families and/or schools
  • Review notebook, analyze data, observe program implementation and make necessary changes in client’s treatment program
  • Discuss observations/concerns of care providers
  • Participate and consult during school meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents in order to share information and expertise to plan and implement best practice intervention services to clients
  • Actively train and provide on-going support to parents and caregivers
  • Complete other job related duties and special assignments as directed


  • Conduct appropriate assessments
  • Develop, oversee, and implement client’s Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP)
  • Perform a range of evidence-based intervention methods
  • Design programs and develop strategies in order to accomplish the goals and objectives from the client’s ITP
  • Develop, oversee and implement social groups
  • Collect, maintain and evaluate data on each client’s progress
  • Communicate with supervisory staff
  • Help cover treatment sessions, when needed
  • Complete other job related duties and special assignments as directed



  • Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Pathology, MS or MA
  • Certified by ASHA for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language Pathology
  • 3 + years of SLP experience
  • Feeding & AAC experience
  • Functional understanding of alternative communication methods
  • Experience working with children or adolescents with ASD or related disorders
  • Active state license in good standing
  • Certificate in Professional Crisis Management (PCM)
  • Certificate in First Aid and CPR Training
