Career Opportunities

KGH is an innovative, multidisciplinary therapy center that provides individualized and evidence-based treatment, consultation, education, support and empowerment for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, and their families. We are unique in serving those from infancy through young adulthood, offering careers for those in applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health services, social groups and parent education and empowerment. Therapy sessions can occur in the clinic, home, community, school, daycare, summer camp or wherever families need us to be.

As a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, KGH is proud to be recognized for superior clinical quality, staff satisfaction and qualification, and parent satisfaction. Our team utilizes a comprehensive approach to care across our multiple disciplines at our centers located in Deerfield, IL and Madison, WI, where we continually strive for helping families find happier days.

Why KGH?

KGH is different in the ABA field. We’re known for our high caliber of compassionate professionals who are committed to improving the lives of children and families living with autism. It’s an excellent center setting, offering the best in initial training, opportunities in the field, continued supervision and access to the best and most innovative treatment technology. We foster an environment in which every employee is inspired to be his or her very best. So we invest in creating best-in-class teams, and help them achieve professional growth through in-house education, training and conferences. In fact, more than half of our consultants began their career at KGH as an ABA therapist and have received mentoring and supervision to achieve a promotion to BCBA.

At KGH, we believe our client’s success is only as good as their therapy teams. So our seasoned, dedicated clinical team is led by a doctoral level BCBA and we provide time each week for professional development and collaboration. Our senior level BCBAs have received additional training in coaching and mentoring, and our senior clinicians provide the necessary supervision to fulfill many practicum requirements and field work experiences. Continual supervision and support ensure that staff can learn from the best thanks to active communication throughout the organization. All full-time employees are provided access to an extensive online continuing education library accredited by dozens of national and state licensing boards. Continuing education topics are offered to clinicians to further their learning. And along with weekly staff meetings, access to experienced specialists and collaboration with other professionals, we can share ideas and findings related to a client, encourage consistency across multiple therapists and therapy disciplines and maximize the successes achieved with our clients.

Based on the results of our staff satisfaction survey that was conducted by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE), 88% of our employees agree that they are satisfied with the KGH workplace culture, compared to an industry standard of 23% employee satisfaction.

A work/life balance is very important to us, so our culture focuses on offering unique benefits, fun company events and continual employee support to continually promote the well being of our team. Click here to see our full employment benefits.
