FREE Mindfulness and Spirituality Class

Welcome to our new mindfulness and spirituality class! This class, taught by Ari Moffic, a Rabbi who specializes in interfaith education, is geared toward elementary school aged children, with and without special learning needs, and will focus on building up our moral compass and learning to live with gratitude and compassion. This class will incorporate an engaging story and a craft project. Topics discussed will include The Golden Rule, Kindness, Awe, and Wonder. This class is open to families of all religions, cultural backgrounds, and traditions.
This class is best suited for students that demonstrate low rates of maladaptive behavior, are able to attend to a speaker in a group setting for at least 30 minutes, and can follow group instructions. Children can attend alone or accompanied by a parent or caregiver if extra support is needed.
